Site Supervisor
Quesh site supervisors are used to co-ordinate larger scale events where multiple Quesh staff members are on site. Such uses include Spring racing carnival, Grand Prix and for larger events and Weddings. They are Level 2 food certified and accredited Responsible service of alcohol license holders. Their role is to ensure a smooth and stress free event by managing function supervisors, wait and bar staff. $45/hr
Function Supervisor
For smaller events and functions, a function supervisor oversees the preparation of food and overall running of the night and management of Wait/Bar Staff and Chocolate fountain assistant. $38/hr
Wait Staff
Trained to a minimum requirement of level 1 food certificate, wait staff are responsible for prompt and efficient service of food and client interaction. Wait staff are the front line and the ones you will see throughout the course of your function. $35/hr
Bar Staff
Trained in RSA bar staff can be provided to either serve client or Quesh supplied beverages, to setup bar and take it all away once the event is over. $35/hr
Chocolate Fountain Assistant
Responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the chocolate fountain, cleaning up afterwards and to make sure no overdoses on the rich premium Belgium chocolate (kidding!) $35/hr
If hiring staffing without food or beverage packages a 20% surcharge fee applies.
